I'm not sure what size I should order?
We recommend checking out our Size Guide. If you still need help selecting the right size, send us an email at contact@okamionline.com with your height, weight and the item you wish to purchase. We will get back to you with the size that will fit you just right.

Will I have to pay customs and international duty fees?
All tax & duties will be covered by us. If you are charged any duty/tax fees for your order, please send us a copy of the invoice so we can settle the charges.

Where do you ship to?
We offer free worldwide shipping. We use reputable international carriers to ensure your order gets to you quickly and securely. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How long until I get my order?
We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed, however, we ask for 2-4 business days for us to prepare and ship your item. Items are shipped from one of our 3 warehouses located in Canada, China and Singapore. Our worldwide free shipping generally takes around 10-20 business days from the shipment date. This time frame may vary depending on the country and package being delivered.

To check the status of your order, use the tracking number we have provided you in the shipping confirmation email (check junk/spam if you did not receive one). If you have issues, contact us at contact@okamionline.com and we will be more than happy to update you on the progress of your order and estimated delivery date.

I ordered multiple products but why did I only receive one?
We may ship out each product separately depending on the overall weight of your package so that our customers don't have to pay customs and duty fees. Rest assured all of your products are on their way. You can contact us via email for tracking information for the items that have not yet arrived.

Do you accept returns?

Can I Cancel my Order?
If you wish to cancel your order immediately after ordering, please email us at contact@okamionline.com. We cannot cancel a order if it is already being processed for shipping. However, we can certainly refund the product if you are not happy with the product you received.
